Personally, I believe that there is an opportunity to make plenty of money in both the stock and real estate market. The question is, “Do you have the proper education to minimize risk, or completely eliminate risk?”
There is a reason that Warren Buffet doesn’t diversify. He says that diversification is just protection against ignorance. I couldn’t agree more...
